Mercury takes the lead in the Planetary dance!

Mercury takes the lead in the Planetary dance as we end 2015 and enter 2016!
Yes, Mercury is our guide through the next two months in the earthy sign of Capricorn. It will retrograde here most of January 2016. On its journey it will meet up with Pluto, Uranus, Jupiter, and Chiron three times, and conjoin the Sun. Mars will do its fair share of kicking up energy as well!!

Watch the video below for some messages from the Archangels to help guide you through this passage.

Be The Bridge

A dock at sunset on White Sands Island in the Maldives.

We just had the New Moon in Virgo this morning, August 25, 2014 at 7:13 am PDT and 10:00 am EDT. This New Moon is a very powerful one as it continues to bring us through a process of learning that we started back in May when the Moon was in Gemini (where it did a portion of its retrograde through July 12). That was more about gathering information and dealing with possible health issues related to the nervous system coming to a head. We had two and a half months to listen to our bodies and minds, to sort through the fears and insecurities, and to further expand upon our knowledge base as it relates to our health and wellness of body, mind, and spirit. Mercury, the planet that brings us more learning & insight into all our forms of communication including our thought processes, as well as our vehicles of transportation, was ruling then and is now ruling again. We are ultimately our own vehicle of transportation, and it can be reflected in how we take care of our car/s, bicycles, etc. too. How much care and attention do with give the many ways we move through this World.

This New Moon is in the earth sign of Virgo, the planet Mercury rules both Gemini & Virgo. It asks us to take what we have learned over the last couple months and to further expand upon the learning (especially as of August 15 when Mercury entered Virgo) and work it in as a practical daily/weekly routine in our lives. Virgo is an earth energy, therefore we can’t just think about it and talk about it, we need to take the extra steps (even though some may be baby steps) to apply it in our work and home environments, our relationships with others and with ourselves. Virgo is all about being more efficient and organized with our time and energy. Its ultimae goal though is self-improvement and self-perfection. And as we are being reminded of here, this is a humbling, yet at the same time, a cleansing journey.

In the process, we are growing through the challenges being presented in some of our relationships. Beware of pride and/or holding grudges. Now that we have entered the New Moon energies, they will be building up to and beyond the Harvest Full Moon in Pisces/Virgo on September 8, 2014. Virgo/Pisces, what are we learning here? let go of the judgements, resentments, unforgiveness, and doubt. Build healthy boundaries instead, that include compassion and understanding of the other person’s point of view. Don’t allow their point of view to take prescedence either, work on negotiating a middle ground. If that’s not possible, part ways with a hand shake!

Communication and action are core issues right now, and deciding not to do anything is an action too! Pisces is activating the dreamer within, the creative energy, and our spiritual bodies. Divine guidance is all around us all the time, ask for it, talk to God, the Angels, your guides, Spirit, whatever name you call it. Ask for the wisdom, the healing, and the support, “As Above so below”. We can apply this in many ways, how we think becomes how we act. Our beliefs often become our reality or at least deeply effect it. If our bodies are breaking down or our relationships, or anything else for that matter, look at your thoughts and your beliefs. That’s where true change and growth begins. The planet Mercury effects the nervous system, our equilibrium, and the neuro brain pathways. Our bodies are part of our consciousness, they don’t want to hold on anymore to negative thought forms, habits, nutritional patterns, etc. that are harming us. We are seeking ‘Wholeness’ within and around us as well. That requires we move through a lot of release which can be emotionally and physically painful & toxic. All our ghosts are leaving! Thank them for being your teachers and find gratitude for everything in your life and your body that is working!

Pisces shows you the dream from within your heart and helps break your heart open to compassion, gratitude, and more love. It has one foot in Heaven and Virgo has one foot on Earth, prodding you to make the necessary changes toward your dream. Of course its going to take work, what did you think it was going to take? To create the painting you must buy the canvas, the paints and brushes, and begin painting. You are the bridge, an earthly and a spiritual being all wrapped up in one! It is up to you to ground the higher consciousness of your Soul here on Earth and all that you are learning, to find new ways to apply that learning and integrate it into your workplace, your relationships, your home, your total wellbeing, and your World!

A Time of Kings, August 2014

journey-of-the-Soul

A time of Kings, with the largest planet in our solar system, Jupiter’s sojourn in the sign of the Lion (July 16, 2014 – August 11, 2015) making its prescence known with a great roar! Jupiter likes to do things in a big way, it can be an all or nothing approach, that is its double edged sword. Beware of the extremes and bring yourself back into balance! IT brings with it adventure, knowledge, experience, an expansion of or aggrandizement of belief systems.

Through its dance with Uranus (which is all about freedom and invention, thus rebellion and revolution on the human and scientific arenas) in Aries, skirmishes, wars, explosive behaviour, as well as great acts of courage and strategy can be seen. It offers us a chance for more unique perspectives of our Planet and our lives as new pathways are given birth. Fire can burn itself out though, so create with the goal of building something enduring and stable, and make sure it has an audience, as Leo likes to be on stage:)

Jupiter will leave its mark on us during this journey as it well should. It makes its pass through Leo approximately every twelve years and was last here August 1, 2002 – August 27, 2003, with different planetary influences involved, those of death and rebirth, confusion, dissolusionment, and a rebuilding of faith. Now its stage is to break through the old patterns into the new, not an easy task that, and unfortunately violence can be one of those tools, but so will diplomacy, and the courage for new leaders to speak up for peaceful resolutions and a better way of life. We are redefining realities on many fronts & discovering new ones too. Freedom as a choice for everyone, a removal of tyranny as a means to rule (at least as much as can be accomplished here), religions changing, borders being redrawn, a further expansion upon new frontiers in space and on Earth as well as within the technological age. And, the weather, could be hotter, dryer, more fires possible. That being said, there is also a water energy afoot with the planets, thus expect some hot spells and some rain too!

On a more enlightened level, each of us is being guided to either find, further expand upon, and/or finally wear our golden badge of  honor, generosity of spirit, and courage.  To carry with joy and self-respect the mantle of leadership that fits our soul’s individual purpose. With Leo energy it is time to own our truth and all the responsibility that goes with that, which includes taming our inner lion, so that we can lead from a place of truly knowing ourselves without arrogance of manner. It is indeed our time to shine our light brightly out in the World, wherever that light calls upon each of us to go!

With the Sun (our own identities and the identity of each nation) having joined Jupiter in Leo on July 24, 2014 and the New Moon (our emotional and inner realm is now involved) in Leo on July 26, 2014, we feel propelled into a new adventure. New Moons bring in new energies, that is why it is always a good time to start new projects just after a New Moon. Our minds (Mercury) are further expanding with new ideas after Mercury has joined Jupiter on August 2, 2014, and then conjoins the Sun on August 8, 2014. The play/adventure has been set in motion as our identities, emotions, and minds have melded with a higher purpose and/or belief (Jupiter). Venus (she who seeks beauty, love, peace, harmony, and prosperity) will be the last planet to meet up with Jupiter on August 17, 2014. Make no mistake, this is about freedom and equality and relationships on an even playing field. It is a journey through the  heart, for some the heart of darkness, where there will be both breakthroughs and  breakdowns. It is a voyage that takes courage and a willingness to grow. For me, whatever emotion/s I move through, I always end up with love. May your pathway be bright and full of many wonderous things!!

Blessings Always,

Eve

2014: The Year of Magic & Wisdom

038

Welcome to the Chinese New Year of the Horse Elder, Wood. It is a year of power to be applied with wisdom, strength to be properly channeled, and leadership to be humble. We enter February with Venus (Goddess of love, beauty, finances, and creativity) moving slowly forward and gaining speed as February progresses.  What did the Goddess learn through her retrograde from Dec. 21, 2013 – Jan 31, 2014?  Hopefully, she learned what is real for her, where her love has endurance and strength. The relationships that help build her world and those that don’t support it. Many long term relationships came to a crashing hault before she entered the retrograde as often happens when relationships need an overhaul, and then others occurred during the retrograde. For some an ending, and for others a new growth pattern.

In the meantime, enter the planet Mercury, which can be very mercurial, and slippery when in water signs.  It just left Aquarius to move into Pisces where it will retrograde from the early degrees of Pisces through almost half of Aquarius (it begins February 6 and ends February 28, 2014).  It directly effects those born from February 6 through February 21/22.  So if you are having a birthday during these dates, then the energies of Mercury will more deeply touch & awaken you to a greater personal year of growth and change.

The planet Mercury in our Solar System has the tightest orbit to the Sun, and thus acts as its messenger bringing us information & learning. IT effects how we communicate at every single level, including and being driven by our thought patterns (you know that old adage “what you think, you create”).  When Mercury is in its retrograde cycle it spends more time in that sign, giving us time to digest and work with the messages its bringing in. The full story or message cannot be known until Mercury moves forward again and comes back to the place where it began its retrograde cycle, which is in early Pisces and takes us thru March 20. The energy of Pisces can be very intuitive and emotional, maybe we thought we intuitively knew the answer, and maybe we are right, but maybe not. Talking about it and listening to the other person’s/people’s point of view is important here, especially as Aquarius rules our ‘network of friends’.

Assuming our intuition is dead on is not a conclusion one should make at this time.  It is important to follow through on gathering the information and doing the ‘outer listening’ as well as doing the ‘internal listening’.  Therefore, logic & intuition both need to be applied.
Mercury retrogrades also serve to throw us off our routines, back-pedalling, redoing, repairing, etc, and fixing our communication tools and transportation vehicles take center stage.  Our modern World operates on communication and transportation. These are not things we should take for granted, but instead seek to improve, perfect, and expand upon.

While Mercury is in Pisces during this first part of the cycle (January 31 – through the early evening of February 12, 2014) one’s access and communication to the ‘other realms’ or realities, especially the higher dimensional ones is more accessible and fluid.  Set your intentions, talk about your dreas and have these conversations with ‘Spirit’.  On a personal level, I find that when Mercury is in both Aquarius and Pisces I have greater access to my dreamworld, and my sleeptime seems as active as my waking time!  Magic is afoot during this time, as it is in late October/November and again following the Summer Solstice. Enjoy the journey, but most of all apply what you are learning with love, wisdom, and compassion.

The Princess Becomes the Queen

earth-and-sky

The next astrological event will be held at Lydia’s place in San Diego.  This will be the last event of the year 2013!  The next two New Moons are:  December 2, 2013 at 4:22 pm PST in the last of the fire signs:  Sagittarius.  It’s about thinking big and in expansive ways!  It will be followed by a Full Moon across the signs of Gemini/Sagittarius on December 17, 2013 at 1:28 am PST.  The planet Uranus comes out of its retrograde (which it has been in since July 17, 2013), and Venus goes retrograde in Capricorn on December 21, the Winter Solstice!  Put your money where your mouth is with this set of planetary events!  December is full of activities and does not go quietly into the New Year!  AND, we begin this New Year’s Day with the first New Moon of 2014 in the  ‘let’s get real and get down to business’ sign of Capricorn beginning at 3:14 am PST!!!

I will focus my lecture on the Sagittarius energy and what that does for us; Uranus out of retrograde; the upcoming Venus retrograde in Capricorn; and Mars’ entrance into Libra where it will retrograde in March 2014.  A vast and powerful play in the Cardinal signs of Aries, Libra, Capricorn, and Cancer is afoot, and it involves the planets Pluto, Uranus, Jupiter, Venus, Mars, Mercury, and the Sun, with some assistance from Saturn, Neptume,  and Chiron.  Let’s now look at the Play.  Chess anyone!!

The planet Neptune is the first contact point:  the dream, the greater vision, it’s what unifies us.  It’s also our imagination and we want to give it flight!  Venus (Goddess of  love, beauty, creativity, money, and women) began her sojourn in the earth sign of Capricorn on November 5, 2013, where she will be until March 5, 2014!  Thus the realm of ‘our relationships’ (and that can be our relationship to money & power too!), our connectedness with other human beings  through the power of ‘love’ sets the stage here.  Venus opened up our dreams with her contact to Neptune on November 7, 2013 and the energy was with us through the 12th (ultimately though, since it started the journey, it will be with us the entire cycle).
A big awakening  is occurring here from November 13 through pretty much the end of November.  Realities could be shifted overnight, dreams lost, to be re-created anew here or somewhere else in another dimensional/spiritual reality.  Venus is losing her some of her innocence, yet gaining wisdom and discernment.  Realizing that sometimes one’s happiness requires hard decisions.
On this journey, Venus can be likened to a well known myth that is most well known in the Greco-Roman mythologies:  The abduction of Persephone by the Pluto.  Persephone lives with her mother Demeter (Goddess of the Earth), whom she is quite attached to her and has a happy, serene, carefree life in the eternal summertime of Earth. Until one day as she is picking flowers not aware of any danger, she is kidnapped by Pluto, who instantly fell in love with her when he caught a glimpse of her in the fields of flowers.  Pluto is God of the Underworld and that is where he takes her and intends on keeping her there with him.  Depending on which culture tells the myth, Demeter spends months or years looking for Persephone in which time the crops begin to wither and there are few to no new births, as she gives very little attention to tending to the wellbeing of the Earth.
There is loss here and a ‘sudden’ big change of realities.  In the end though, with the involvement of the Zeus & Mercury (who rules communication & transportation), a pact is made where Persephone spends three months in the Underworld with Pluto and nine months above ground with Demeter.  Again, depending on which culture tells the myth, the number of months Persephone spends in Hades (the Underworld) varies from three to six.  This is one version of where we get our seasons mythology from, and the seasons each begin with Aries (Spring), Cancer (Summer), Libra (Fall), and Capricorn (Winter). This is a very short version of the story, yet it is about deep transformational growth, in our personal growth into wisdom and responsibility and how we grow through our relationships.  Balance being a key ingredient to our relationships!  Persephone felt torn between two worlds and she could not leave her mother nor Pluto, whom she felt compassion for and she grew to love.  In the time apart from her mother, Persephone grew into a full adult, and in doing so she chose to be Pluto’s Queen, and be a keeper of the secrets of the Underworld.  Thus the themes of balance, growth, knowledge, and responsibility are important on this journey, and making choices thoughtfully with everyone’s highest good involved including our own.  This is after all what the true giving & receiving of love is.  Persephone starts off as the Princess, and through her time in the Underworld with Pluto (God of death & rebirth), having to make the very important decision about her happiness and the happiness of those she loves, she becomes the Queen.
TO BE CONTINUED….. when Mars moves into Libra!
